Make win64-msvc2012_developer-build_qtnamespace_Windows_8 stage blocking in CI

    Description

      Currently following CI projects are forced to succeed in CI (win64-msvc2012_developer-build_qtnamespace_Windows_8 stage), enabling regression to flow into codebase.

      QtQuick1_stable_Integration
      QtQuick1_dev_Integration
      QtScript_release_Integration
      QtScript_stable_Integration
      QtScript_dev_Integration
      QtSystems_dev_Integratio
      QtWinExtras_dev_Integration

      To be able to make the stage to block all regression we need to fix followign bugs or at least mark the single tests as insginificant.
