The table headers should scroll up until they hit the top part of the browser window, but then stay there, like frozen headers in LibreOffice/Excel, or the file name banner of Gerrit when viewing the patch using Expand All.

This way, they would always be visible and one wouldn't have to scroll back up to see which column corresponds to which branch.
