    Description

      It would be helpful to display in a banner on Gerrit, a list of upcoming releases with due-dates. This would help inform and remind developers about upcoming crunch times, versus relying solely on email and office announcements. A gerrit banner would offer a persistent reminder without being too informational or oppressive.
