WebView on windows has two backends to be tested

      On windows qtwebview has two backends (there is new webview2 plugin coming with 6.10) , not sure what RTA does to test qtwebview. However, it might require adjustment to check both backends.
      Therefore, example minibrowser should work with both backends, by setting env variable
      QT_WEBVIEW_PLUGIN to "webengine" or "webview2"
