Various people are pushing towards less cherry-picking, and picking manually once the patch "matured" in dev for a bit. Often, we also find that a bug-fix we need to pick runs afoul of a refactoring that wasn't picked back far enough.

In any case, when we then do a manual cherry-pick, it's not picked up by the dashboard.
