Benchmarks are in a need of an update adding more data being stored. In order to do that it is required to first gain a good understanding of the now implemented solution before any future changes. 

The benchmarks results are stored in an Influx DB using two tables: core benchmarks and qmlbench. The data from the DB is then further processed and displayed in Grafana.

The goal of this task is to study and eventually modify the present benchmark code.
