Sometimes Windows 10 provisioning fails to:
Enter VisualStudio developer shell (-host_arch=amd64 -arch=arm64 -VsInstallPath='C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional') Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility Version 14.29.30151.0 Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. NMAKE : fatal error U1065: invalid option '-' Stop.
This can start blocking a change, example:
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/665239
This error has happened before but Coin was updated to now stop to this error since the last maintenance break.
Since this has happened only in Windows 10 (where provisioning uses VS2019) and not in Windows 11 (VS2022), updating W10 provisioning to use VS2022 would be a quick fix. If the issue is encountered in lts-6.5 where msvc2019 targets are still used then next step is to update VS2019 in lts-6.5 and see if that works.
