Migration from older PSQL to newer testresultsdb.ci.qt.io

      Migrate from using  10.212.0.115 to testresultsdb.ci.qt.io

      1). Change in PSQL scripts:
      https://git.qt.io/qtqa/psql_tools

      2) Change in all scripts using connection to PSQL - regenerate 1 month of data into the past
      3) Update of dashboards source to PSQL testresultsdb for all PSQL based dashboards

      4) Verify data is correct (older and newer PSQL sources have same information relevant for dashboard)

      5) Additionally the influence pages were updated:
      https://qtgroup.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QTRD/pages/123824491/PosgreSQL+database+-+coin
