Sometimes trying to create unresolved comments in the reply dialog posts them as resolved

      GIVEN any change

      WHEN creating a comment via the reply dialog (as opposed to via `c` in the diff), and unchecking `[ x] resolved`

      THEN the comment is posted as resolved nonetheless

      EXPECTED as before the last update, the comment should be posted as unresolved

      See comments below. It's not 100% reproducable, but I'll keep an eye out. Maybe it's just pilot error.
