Change the affected version field value - the branch should point to actual version of Qt

      As noted by ablasche  the dev tag was removed  in Fix version field and  the dev version tag was  archived. It cannot be used anymore.

      "People started using the tag for fix version and dev as Fix version is completely wrong. the definition of dev is temporary in meaning. One has to be able to look at a fix and know exactly which version of Qt got the value."

      The suggestion is to  use the actual version of Qt eg 6.11 that is represented by dev at given time.
      Consult daniel.smith  about automatic retrieval of current Qt version.
