Currently the table workitems keeps one workitem_state for each row, which shows the current state the workitem is in. It can be anything among:

1  Failed
2  Done
3  Cancelled
4  Insignificant
5  Error
6  WaitingForHardware
7  Timeout
8  Running
9  WaitingForDependencies
10 WaitingForAgent
11 WaitingForSourceArchive
12 New

This ticket is for keeping a log of workitem_state together with timestamps for each workitem.

Having that, we can alert if certain states become too slow (for example "WaitingForHardware" for too long).
