      Add openSUSE 16 to Qt dev branch
      Phases:

      • Development/Testing the change: nightly or wip change
      • Add new platform as non-blocking, use InsignificantTests feature
      • Make new platform as blocking
      • Remove previous platform from CI (and keep RTA informed via "Update RTA" -ticket)
