Normalize Qt Workflow Plugin dialogs with gerrit styles

      The dialogs of the qt workflow plugin for gerrit are close, but not consistent with the default gerrit styles. Update the plugin's frontend to use gerrit CSS variables where possible, and move confirm/cancel buttons to the correct order (cancel: left, confirm: right)
