Add RTA test for installing content from offline installer using CLI

      Create separate test suite and Jenkins job which can be run for both offline and online installer. Test will do installation using CLI, not the GUI interface.

      Test should:

      • install needed binaries (Qt essentials + Additional Modules) for all compilers available and sources
      • include QtCreator to installation
      • content should be verified
      • install log should be verified
      • do uninstall, also using CLI
      • verify uninstall output log

      Test should be added to offline installer (smoke) triggers and online triggers as part of the 'full' test phase, and added to TestRail as well for all current versions.
