Move qmlbench into qtqa submodule

      The code with the qmlbenchrunner is part of a separate repository qmlbench. This repository is cloned every time we want to run our qmlbenchmarks. The main reason behind this decision was that the tool itself was rather ad-hoc and not meant for customers to use. 

      The qmlbench should be updated then and made usable for customers and implement it into qt5
