Reorganize Grafana dashboards

      1. Reduce and group number of dashboard:

      • home view - keep 3 columns, but divide main columns to 2 sections: detailed and overview dashboards
      • dashboard view: group by case - organize dashboards in folders

      2. Change names of the dashboards - to contain title as explanatory as possible followed by use case scenario.
      3. Add icons for better distinction between dashboards
