openSUSE 16.0 requires network test to be compatible with ICU 77

      install-network-test.sh fails with openSUSE 16.0

      • openSUSE 16.0 doesn't have ICU 73 and requires network test to be compatible with ICU 77
      • And ICU 73 cannot be installed as it would need to temporarily opening repo from openSUSE 15.6 which could make system unstable
