      Please update the MinGW-builds 4.8.2 32 bit toolchains in the CI (both 4.8.6, 5.3.0) from

      i686-4.8.2-release-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev2.7z

      to

      i686-4.8.2-release-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev3.7z

      . That's the version we ship also in the packages, so it would be good to use the same...
