P3: Somewhat important Description
when a change is unstaged, the staging branch is re-built. this causes a "Change has been successfully cherry-picked to the staging branch." message to be posted on every still staged change.
while this historically made sense (the message contained the new SHA1), now it is only noise.
the messages should be entirely suppressed on staging-rebuild.
