Decide on approach for integrating Lancelot in CI

There are several possible approaches to this: The tests could be run as part of autotests by Coin, they could be triggered on a time-based schedule in Jenkins, or they could be triggered as commits are uploaded to Gerrit.

The different approaches should be researches and a decision be made on how to implement this before it goes live.
