"Locking" file is not removed when application exits.

      As the title says. "Locking" file stored in %TEMP% and named as "qtsingleapp-rssgua-76ab-1-lockfile" where "rssgua" is part of the name of the application, is not removed when application quits.

      Not sure if this is a bug or a feature. Correct me if I am wrong here.

      Affects latest code from git.
