Use SPDX-License-Identifier: XXX in source files

With https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-67283, the current license disclaimers in the Qt library have been replaced with an SPDX license identifier. 

For consistency and for a Qt6 based version, it would be helpful if this is also replaced in the Qt Solutions project.
