Modal Dialog in MFC app requires toplevel parent to be set for QWinWidget parent

Otherwise, the dialog is only modal to the HWND passed in, which could just be a child window. QWinWidget should either traverse the list of parent windows and block the whole window, or the documentation should be updated.
