Using the Trivial example in the solution package, and the test web page that tests the ActiveX controller object and a javascript that is supposed to set a property variable from the ActiveX control with Internet Explorer 8.

In the first try I have to allow the ActiveX controller, but then I just get the broken image icon instead of the control shown in the webpage.

Then I adjusted all security settings for Internet Explorer to allow everything related to ActiveX.

Then the ActiveX object is loaded, but it is not working correctly. The text that is supposed to be set is not set and it does not react to mouse clicks and drags.
