Deprecate the BeforeRunTask

      The BeforeRunTask won't be needed anymore. However, if we remove it, the users who upgrade the plugin from 2.0 will have an "unknown task" item in the run configuration, which in some cases can cause errors.

      Therefore it is better to deprecate this in this version and then remove it in future versions.
