Disable ABI checking if kit is specified

      Currently if qtKitDir is defined the plugin will still look at Qt/6.8.0 and try to find an android kit from that directory even if defining a self build one. This is useless since we don't do anything with the kit we find form there and if no kit is installed the error can be misleading.

      Work around:
      If you are using a self build kit and have not installed any from Qt Maintenance tool you can create an empty folder to '<yourpath>/Qt/6.8.0' with the name "android_x86_64".
