"Import Qt Project" button doesn't work as expected

The import button does nothing other than show a notification popup advising to copy the project link to qtPath property under QtBuild block which the user needs to add on their own anyway. And it shows a docs link.

This button is misleading and is doing something different from what it claims. At least it should immediately show a dialog showing how to import the project manually or link to the docs, and it shouldn't trigger a project sync that can trick the user that it's doing something while it's doing nothing.
