Build is successful but AVD gets timed out

    Description

      Running the app seems to build it OK, but it won't start on the specific emulator and gets timed out. The emulator seems to be on, but for some reason it won't start on it.

      Prerequisites:
      -Pixel 2 API 29 x86_64

      Steps:

      1. Run the app on the mentioned emulator

      Result:
      Build succeeds but gets stuck on 'Waiting avd start'.

      Logs:
      Android Studio logs attached. No logs displayed on the logcat.
