Why:
Currently QtPath is defined as @InputDirectory this mean that gradle looks if anything has changed in the whole directory stucture and if changes have happened it will build it again.

What:
We actually want is to use this QtPath as an @Input so it only checks if the string it self has changed.

Definition of done:
QtPath and not valid other intputdirectorie's that should be inputs are changed to inputs
