Add tooltips to textfields in the "Create New Qt Project" and "Import Qt Project" dialogs

Would be helpful to show, for example, that Qt Location needs to be "/Users/johndoe/Qt/6.8.0". I'm sure this can be seen from the documentation, but it's also easy to show here.
