New Project created on Windows has full path as CMake Target

    Description

      A New Project created on Windows has the full path of the folder (without the "\") as the CMake Target instead of just the folder name. This is because of a piece of code left that is specific to Linux.

      This bug prevents Qt projects from building at all.
