No Qt section under Build,Execution,Deployment in AS Settings

      Maybe I'm missing something, but reading the documentation I expected the Qt section to be available in AS Settings - https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qt-tools-for-android-studio.html

      I'm on MacOS 14.6.1 with AS Iguana.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install plugin 1.0.0.
      2. Check AS Setting and Qt settings.
      3. Update the plugin to 3.0.0
      4. Check Qt settings again.

      Expected: Qt settings are avaialble.

      Actual: Qt settings are missing.

      Reproducibility:  100%
