Add mention of commercial license support in QTTAS documentation

    Description

      Currently, TAS page shows that plugin is covered only under community license. This might discourage interested commercial users from using the solution. Mention of commercial license should be added to the page.

       

      This plugin is covered by the Qt Community Edition license.
