[macOS] Import or create new Qt project options are incorrecly enabled on Android Studio welcome screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install and configure QtTAS plugin.
2. Launch Android studio on macOS
3. Click on File > New 
4. Select Import Qt Project or Create Qt Project 

Expected: A dialog window appears allowing the user to import or create new project OR if it's not supported, the options should not be available to the user. 

Actual: Nothing happens after clicking on the options.
