    Description

      MacOS 14.4

      Qt 6.7.0

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install and configure the QtTAS plugin.
      2. Create a new Qt project.
      3. Remove CMakeLists.txt file.
      4. Add new CMakeLists.txt file.
      5. Try again to add new CMakeLists.txt file -> file exists
      6. Add new directory

      Expected: Files and directories appear in the project tree as soon as they are added. 

      Actual: Project has to be re-imported to make the changes visible. 

      Reproducibility:  100%
