[QTTAS] Suggestions appear when editing text

Env:

OS 15.2 Qt 6.9.0b2

QtTAS Plugin 4.0 RC2

AS Ladybug 2024.2.2

Steps:

1. Open AS and edit QML file. 
2. Start to edit any text.

Expected: The suggestions should not appear in the text/strings as the suggested functions/props cannot be used there.
