Improve the automatic adding of QtGP plugin from QtTAS

In QtTAS, when the QtGP plugin gets added automatically, we should improve that process in ways such as

• Let user choose a module where to add it
• Detect libs.toml file and create an entry there and add the alias in build.gradle
