Look into empty settings.gradle creation in QtBuildTask

Not sure why build tries to read settings.gradle of the parent project.
Putting our own empty one for now else the inner gradle (Qt one) will fail.
 

Error: "Project directory '_{/QtPluginTest/app/build/qt_generated/PluginTest/android-build' is not part of the build defined by settings file '}/QtPluginTest/settings.gradle'. If this is an unrelated build, it must have its own settings file."
