Modify the build.gradle file

      Modify the build.gradle file so that we can add modify components needed for the Qt Gradle Plugin. The purpose is to automate setting up the gradle plugin. This also covers syncing changes made in the Android Studio plugin such as settings or creating/importing projects to the Qt gradle plugin
