    Description

      README.md we have, do we need further in qtdoc? 

      According to https://central.sonatype.org/publish/requirements/#supply-javadoc-and-sources, JavaDoc is needed.
      Workaround: fake '-javadoc.jar' with simple README inside can be given to pass the checking.
