      Make "Qt Deploy Tool" a static page inside the project's property page. The current behavior is to dynamically create the page depending on the setting value (yes/no) found inside the "Qt Project Settings" -> "Run Deployment Tool". The creation of the page might get not noticed by the user and therefor lead to bug report QTVSADDINBUG-994.
