v2.9.1.1 Prevents ability to see contents of QString during debugging in VS 2019

    Description

      I had to turn off automatic updates. 

      v 2.8.1-rev.06 allows me to easily see the text value of a QString (via Text Visualizer).  VS was automatically updating QTVSTools to v2.9.1.1 every night (which was interfering with my ability to debug certain issues).
