Missing Solution Level "Change Qt Version" Function

    Description

      The right click menu on Solution in 2.8.1 has the "Change Qt Version" menu item, but it has disappeared in 2.9.1. The function is necessary if a solution contains a lot of qt projects then it takes time to change qt version in each project.
