Create suite of Squish tests

This tasks serves as high-level specification of test cases for automated testing of Qt VS Tools using Squish.

Considering a clean environment, freshly built and installed developer build Qt VS Tools.  The following tests seem most important:

• add Qt versions (locations have to be provided from outside)
• Creating, building and running of new Qt projects (msbuild & cmake)

• A "null build" really doesn't build anything?
• Start debugging (c++ and qml). are Breakpoints hit?

• Change Qt settings in the project and see if that causes the right changes

• • Qt version

• • Qt modules used

• • ...

• Add new Qt "item" (widget class, ui file, ts file, qrc file) to project and see if it has the expected result
