      Adding a mingw build of Qt to Qt VS Tools shall fail with a more obvious error message. Right now it is just not added, making people resort to hacks like modifying the registry on there own, see https://forum.qt.io/topic/140525/register-at-least-one-qt-version

      We should be more explicit if we detect a version not supported by our tools.
