Names of plugin header and source files don't update

      1. Start the wizard for creating a Qt Designer Custom Widget project.
      2. Proceed to the last page.
      3. Type some additional characters into the "Custom Widget - Class Name" edit.
        The header and source file names update accordingly.
      4. Type some additional characters into the "Plugin - Class Name" edit.
        The file names don't change.
