Enabling VS add-on Make launch of VIsual Studio super slow

    Description

      If Visual studio 2022 having VS-Add-On enabled, It is causing Visual Studio to freeze for typically on startup. 

      Some time this is so longer that Visual Studio flashes message that VS-Add-On is very long time and disabling it will help. Attached is the screenshot.

      Disabling Add-on makes it work better.
