No information about missing Qt version

    Description

      1. Have Qt VS Tools installed.
      2. Do not have Qt versions configured in the Qt VS Tools.
      3. Start MSVS.
        Often, there is no indication that Qt versions are missing.

      Sometimes, MSVS displays an info bar reading "You must select a Qt version" near the top of its windows. This is not always the case, though. I could not figure out yet when it is being displayed and when it isn't.
