Update the VS interface to respect the latest command line options of Qt's tools (MOC, UIC, ...).

    Description

      The command line options introduced in Qt 6 are currently not being respected by the VS tools. This causes the following problems:

      • The user is unable to modify the said options in the project settings.
      • The user is unable to import .pro files that utilize the said options.

      The relevant tools are:

      • [ ] linguist (lupdate/lrelease)
      • [x] moc
      • [ ] qml
      • [x] rcc
      • [x] repc
      • [x] uic
      • [ ] windeployqt
