    Description

      Qt tools should be available under GPL3-except, see also QUIP-18.

      The Qt VS Tools Metadata already lists the license as 'GNU General Public License version 3, annotated with The Qt Company GPL Exception 1.0'. Anyhow, in the source code following license identifier is used

       SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR LGPL-3.0-only OR GPL-2.0-only OR GPL-3.0-only

      replace this with

       SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-Qt-Commercial OR GPL-3.0-only WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0
